I have a story for you. Last Thursday (2-3-22) I went to my daughters house to let her puppy outside. Upon arrivial, my truck quit. Im going to try and make this as short as I can. So I went to her neighbors to get a ride home and to call State Farm Road Service to pick up the truck from her house and take it to my mechanic. saited 6 hours for them nobody showed up definitely gonna go with a different company
Don't use. They lie and take forever. I used Roadside assistance with State Farm. I finally told them to get me a different company to tow my vehicle. After being told 3 different stories.
Waited four hours for tow truck after being told on the phone that he would be 20 minutes after they already took payment so I couldn’t even cancel the tow without a cancellation fee worse experience with a tow company ever
Waited FOUR hours for a tow truck to come. I was constantly lied to about ETAs. If they say " 30 more minutes" they're lying. Customer service also hung up on me when I requested a different towing company (I called from the Allstate website thinking I was calling Allstate customer service). Sounded like I was calling a personal phone number and I could hear a bunch of people talking in the background. No "hello" or introduction when she answered the phone. My insurance company dispatched this company. After figuring it would be an hour before they got there I left and put the key in a safe location. After 5 hours of being told I’m next. The tow guy called to say he was 10 minutes away. Then called back and said he was lost. Then called back again to tell me to come out there to sign paperwork. The work, that was done on my front tires was poor, they didn't put in a sensor on one of my tires, l ended up getting 3 new tires after budget collision was paid by my insurance Co , l would not recommend this type of poor careless work that was done on vehicle to anyone to go to.
tow guy was fine ! towing dispatch ARE LYING PIECES OF SHIT !! i waited 3 HOURS AFTER THE TIME I WAS GIVEN !! i kept getting told 15-20 minutes TOP !! after 2 and half hours i was told to just LEAVE THE CAR WHERE ITS AT AND PUT THE KEYS UNDER THE FLOOR MAT !! i was NOT doing that !! there DISPATCH IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE and i was more the patient with them , and i kept getting lied to being told 15-20 minutes TOP that they where just behind a little bit . i had to CALL INTO WORK AND HAVE SOMEONE PICK MY KIDS UP FROM ME , DUE... read more
