Don't book through 3rd party they won't treat you as there customer .booked and paid for baby seat only to get there and nothing has been arranged. 3 month old baby and no seat .bargin car rental saved the day

So disappointed in budget car rental have hird a car from them in January a total of the month was $1640 wich I was fine with then did another month $1640 then another month $1640 now been told price is gone up 2188 for the same for the week it doesn't make sense have gone to bargain car rentals an they gave me a bigger car for less the price I was paying for a standard size car won't be going to budget again an customer service is crap been told different things just poor communication skills

I rented a car from Townsville airport budget to drive to Cairns. It was a 1 day rental. They charged me $479.28 on hiring of the vehicle (they explained that $200 was on hold and would be returned the moment I returned the car). To my surprise I was then charged a further $279.28 4 days after returning the car. I am now down $758.56 6 days after the rental return for a 1 day hire. I’ve called the customer service 3 times and they have told me it may take 15 days to get the return of $200 and no explanation for the extra $27... read more
