Avoid renting from these guys. Just go with someone else and save yourself the hassle. I wish I had read reviews before hand. I rented a car through a booking website and paid for full insurance etc. When I collected the car (long line of people behind me and one lady at the counter) I was told I had NO extra insurance, none at all. No more! You returned the car and waited for the document that everything' s ok with the car (including fuel). Days later you 're charged 50 AUD on your credit-card without any note or mail. After asking I got a changed returning-protocol that fuel was not filled by me, so I should pay for this! As I had not picture from returning the car with full tank, the customer service did not re-charge the money. This procedure is totally unacceptable!

Ruby at the airport office was particularly rude and unhelpful. She made an error with the Rental contract and the incorrect details were entered and when my wife and I after leaving the desk returned and asked for her to correct the details she clearly was unwilling to assist and initially dismissed us and then asked us to wait for another hour ( we had already be waiting for close to an hour before being setved). We booked a car through Budget and our flight got in slightly late. The website says they shut at 10:15pm. When we got there before 9pm (less than half hour past our booking) no one was there to be able to pick the car up. Was told on the phone that as per the terms and conditions, if you are even one minute late they can cancel your booking. Apparently you are meant to call while on a plane when you have no service.
