Excellent experience. Service desk counter right inside t2. Good price good car. Family of 4 hiring car for perisha resort for snow skiing. Unlimited km Highly recommended.
I booked a rental car for today 4/07. My booking said there was a $200 holding fee, which I confirmed over the phone with Budget customer service yesterday. On arrival today I was told that because I reside in NSW and can't show that I've previously hired a car with them, they were going to charge a $1,000 holding fee. When I called customer service again, I was told the policy was *up to* $1,000 holding fee despite previous advice, and my actual booking details. I cancelled my hire and wasted a lot of time.
