My partner & I arrived in Sydney airport this morning, and had organised a car 3 months prior. We could not find the info on both our email and we both were extremely stressed out as most cars were booked out due to school holidays. However, we were very lucky that this lovely lady at budget counter, helped us more than we expected. You are too kind Donna, Thank you!
The lady at the counter was very friendly and welcoming , she even mentioned that she was giving me the latest car, which made me smile. 😊 Probably assumed I was a first-timer! The car was clean and drove well, but the air-conditioning was disappointing. It was cooling, but not enough, which made the drive a bit uncomfortable, especially in the warmer weather. Overall, service was good, but the vehicle’s aircon definitely needs attention

We got a free upgrade from Russell who was very helpful and friendly, even though we kept him late at work because our flight was delayed. Russell is the king 🤴
