Very easy process, helpful staff
Worst car rental hire in Cairns, DO NOT GO HERE. It is an absolute scam and the people are so rude all they are worried about is upselling (as the workers obviously get a commission) and if you don’t agree they are honestly so rude and dog. Give you the time of day. Very poor quality cars as well tried to pin me for an old damage that was already on the car
Which of read the reviews first. Super long line, one person processing who seems to be running slow with everything being processed. Every other rental car company here seems to move customers along at pace. Lesson learned! Hope you read this and make a better choice than I did!
TLDR; Use a different rental provider if you don’t want to be scammed with surprise fees at the end. I’ve spent over 2 hours working with customer support over $532 that was incorrectly charged. After returning the car, we were hit with a ton of unexpected fees. Firstly, we were WRONGLY charged $182 for fuel when we returned the car with a full tank.
