Great economical car. Pick up would have been easier if Budget advertised that pick up and drop off could be at the Avis desk not just Budget.

Landed in cairns airport to a queue of five at the budget stand, half an hour later we are third in the cue which is now 14 people long! At this rate the current last in queue will be here for three and a quarter hours! Never booking budget again Update 1 hour 50 minutes from joining the queue to getting the car! Totally unacceptable! Apparently this is a normal day! How do they get away with this!
