Sam went above and beyond. She was incredibly helpful, responsive and genuinely lovely to deal with. Although I ended up buying a vehicle from a different dealer, it came down purely to my personal preference in the vehicle and was absolutely no reflection on Sam or her service. Her customer service was outstanding, and I would happily recommend her to anyone looking for a car.
Super bad for test drive need two ids then without even saying anything one of there sales person jumped in back seat !! Are you guys have civic sense . We not buying car very first time. Behaviour was shocking.
I purchased a 2019 rav4 on December 2025. I really appreciate the service from the team and especially the after sale care.. The import rav4 came with a few minor issues that were probably caused from a rough compliance check. Andrew was good to deal with. Ordering the tow bar was easy and it works great. I bought a vehicle from budget 1 year ago from Olivia as the sales lady or i like to call her legend!!! The process was easy and she was extremely informative. I will be purchasing a vehicle again from budget and will definitely use Olivia as the sales associate for the deal
