I bought a vehicle from budget 1 year ago from Olivia as the sales lady or i like to call her legend!!! The process was easy and she was extremely informative. I will be purchasing a vehicle again from budget and will definitely use Olivia as the sales associate for the deal
I cannot recommend the team at Budget Car Sales enough. As I was looking at the vehicle remotely, the team was incredibly proactive, going above and beyond to record a video of the car and sending the link over so I could view it properly. What really stood out was their responsiveness and dedication to customer service. Walked in with my family excited to test drive the Outlander, but was turned away by Raj for not carrying two sets IDs of the driver. Just a driver’s licence wasn’t enough. A frustrating and disappointing experience for the whole family.
Car was bought as the same white colour all around but after a few months, the colour on front bumper began to fade to a crème! First time I’ve ever a bought second hand car that has such obvious paint fade. It was a car bought from here over a year ago now, just letting buyers know to be aware of the quality of these cars, they really are budget. Definitely won’t be buying from here ever again.
