If I could give zero stars I would. Never in my 50 years have I experienced such utter insanity at a place of business. My husband and I own 3 successful business in DFW and I am appalled by every aspect of this ordeal. Sat for over an HOUR!! Left with NO CAR, and had to wait 2 weeks to get my refund...after they double charged me...$319 turned into $832...multiple employees in the back of the store but Noone could get assistance. I was told they had no cars...yet there we 11 right there...3 other patrons walked out as well.... read more
I cannot express how thankful I am. This office is friendly, fast and professional. The ladies take care of all my issues like I am their family member. Thank you very much for supporting me when I have hard times.

La muchacha del front desk es super amable no recuerdo su nombre pero es hispana, de Colombia creo , ella nos ayudo mucho con la renta del carro y nos sugirió los días que más nos convenia, definitivamente volvería, siempre y cuando los trabajadores sean los mismos o hagan el mismo trabajo que ellos el señor es muy amable también y la lady que esta en entrenamiento es muy eficaz y ayuda con mucha amabilidad
