Check in was good, returning car, good grief! You know you are going to be busy by the schedule, hire more people to accommodate the customers.
Excellent service. Just returned a Prius today after a four day rental. Five star service from all the folks I interacted with. From the lady who issued the car, to the gentleman who walked around the car with me, and to the lady who checked me in. I am writing the review because the staff handled a minor problem in the most professional way. Honestly it took a little while just to process everything. We there for probably 20 min even though we were helped immediately. Also, there is no shuttle to the airport from this location. You have to take an Uber if you use this location for pick up and drop off
They staffing here is very rude. I called in 3 times each hold time was 20 mins. It ridiculous to make your customers wait so long to pick up the phone. Holding for over an hour is unacceptable. Meanwhile when I get to the location there are 2 people not doing anything. One is at the counter. Get better at customer service. I decided not to rent with them. Take my money to where customers are treated better.
