Honestly it took a little while just to process everything. We there for probably 20 min even though we were helped immediately. Also, there is no shuttle to the airport from this location. You have to take an Uber if you use this location for pick up and drop off
They staffing here is very rude. I called in 3 times each hold time was 20 mins. It ridiculous to make your customers wait so long to pick up the phone. Holding for over an hour is unacceptable. Meanwhile when I get to the location there are 2 people not doing anything. One is at the counter. Get better at customer service. I decided not to rent with them. Take my money to where customers are treated better.
They rent cars here that they dont have. IT IS RIDICULOUS!! I rented a compact and was given an SUV. I tried repeatedly to exchange for the compact that I had rented at their suggestion (keep trying), but they dont have any. When I complained, I was told repeatedly that I was given an upgrade. This was a costly downgrade for me. They also have a limit on where you can drive. There are much better car rental options in this city.

My cousin just arrived in town and had to pick up a car from budget. I was just simply giving her a a ride to pick up. The staff was amazing. The girl who waited on my cousin did such an amazing job. No complaints.
