I've rented multiple times at the Oakville location and every time has been a different kind of experience. 5 stars based on the last visit which was on Wednesday, Rehan, great young man, did phenomenal. He was very professional, gave me a great vehicle, went over the contract so there's no confusion and I guess this is all what matters when you're trusting a company with your IDs and Credit Cards, you should know what's going on. Made a booking a week before needing the car. I get two calls less than 10 mins when I’m supposed to pick up the vehicle saying they have no vehicle and asking me to waiting two hours until head office sends more cars. Lolll they had all the time to get their shit together
Clean, neat automatic vehicle provided for UK visitors. No fuss etc. Not just so flexible with pick up and return times of rental, compared with the southern neighbour. Generally, rental prices are higher here (sometimes considerably) compared with same hire period in US, though.....
