Pretty happy with these guys. Best price I could find. A good choice to book via Costco Travel (didn't even know they did this) but it was a lot less than what I was offered via Enterprise using my work code. Guy upgraded my full-size to a Nissan Rogue. Ended up returning the car earlier than I had booked because my car was fixed sooner than expected and switched me into a daily rate vs the weekly I had booked so I was charged less than I had been quoted. A good experience overall.

I've rented multiple times at the Oakville location and every time has been a different kind of experience. 5 stars based on the last visit which was on Wednesday, Rehan, great young man, did phenomenal. He was very professional, gave me a great vehicle, went over the contract so there's no confusion and I guess this is all what matters when you're trusting a company with your IDs and Credit Cards, you should know what's going on. Made a booking a week before needing the car. I get two calls less than 10 mins when I’m supposed to pick up the vehicle saying they have no vehicle and asking me to waiting two hours until head office sends more cars. Lolll they had all the time to get their shit together
