Worst experience ever !! My reservation was at 9:00 am NO CARS were AVAILABLE , DIDNT GET A CAR TILL 10:30am …what an inconvenience OMG, why take the money if you don’t have anything??????
Budget has the worst customer service and policy of any company I’ve worked with. They refused to rent to us and then were condescending, and we have to assume it’s because of how we look or spoke. Our travel plans are ruined and yours may be too. Beware trusting them with your card or plans. I wish I could leave less than one star.
This place tried it. They WILL process fraudulent transactions. Bring your receipts! I did an out of town move from Dallas. When I went to drop the truck off, I filled it up at the gas station next door. Additionally, I actually dropped it off a day early, over the weekend, first thing in the morning, so all should've been well... but I should've known better. Elle, one of the customer service managers at this location, will make your experience seamless. She consistently went above and beyond to help me during my rental car experience, which had to be extended twice. Will definitely use this location again if Elle is there, although people like Elle tend to get promoted quickly.
