I went today to pick up my reservation I had already prepaid and had my license and debit card to pay and I was trying to buy their insurance the front desk lady was very rude and had 4 customers waiting in line asking me for my bank statment because I wanted to use my debit card I showed her my bank stament she said there isn’t enough money on there even tho I had already prepaid for my trip and I had the deposit money on there I tried to see what can facilitate the process she kept saying I can’t not get the vehicle becaus... read more
