Flawless car rental experience from this agency in the lobby of the twin fin hotel. Made the reservation through Expedia and had some concerns after reading all the bad reviews. We had no issues. Reserved a jeep and they had a jeep for us. Maybe just luck but there was no one else at the kiosk when we picked up the car and the whole process took less than ten minutes. I’ve booked fast lane and checked in online the day before. Anyways, I had to write down my email again. Moreover, there is no fast lane, doesn’t exist. It’s the regular counter for anyone. Took me over 1 hour to get my keys, then I had to wait another 20 mins for the valet. Destroyed my plans for the day

We waited in the line for 3 hours (10am to 1pm) and finally get the car. This completely ruined our travel plan. We booked a tour at the ranch and we can’t make it any more. I’d rather take a Uber.

ワイキキ市内でエンジン警告灯が点灯してしまったため、近くにあったこの営業所に行きました。エンジントラブルが発生してうまく走らないことを説明しましたが、空港へ行けの一点張り。動かなかったらロードサービスを呼べとしか繰り返さない。ロードサービス呼んでくれないのかと聞いてもその繰り返し。諦めてカウンターを離れたあと笑い声が聞こえたし、無能を相手にしても仕方ないと感じた。

Warning- there is only one terminal and the person is severely understaffed. Even with a reservation. I waited in line for an hour to get processed. There is no fast break option.
