Its a shady place and they have next to zero customer service. Agreed with AI’s summarizing its overall reviews - aggressive upselling, limited communication and difficult personnel. Worst person there is TEDDY - would not give a last name and felt proud to charge a $50 overage on a 30 min late drop-off when the grace period wasn't even honoured. They must be comped on excess fees as they are ruthless and I would just avoid this location all together. Bottom of the barrel rental location and agency.
BEWARE. I had specifically booked Budget because they didn’t charge for spouse as a driver. As of 4 months ago the guy at the counter said - they DO! $13 per day. +50% cost of the rental!!!!
J'ai voulu louer une voiture le 29 décembre 2025, sans avoir fait de réservation. Cela n'a pas été possible car cette agence n'accepte pas les cartes de débit.
