Horrible customer service. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Felt like they were doing us a favour by answering a simple question regarding our rental and pricing. Did not know the policies posted on the budget website.
Rude for no reason?
where is it
Its a shady place and they have next to zero customer service. Agreed with AI’s summarizing its overall reviews - aggressive upselling, limited communication and difficult personnel. Worst person there is TEDDY - would not give a last name and felt proud to charge a $50 overage on a 30 min late drop-off when the grace period wasn't even honoured. They must be comped on excess fees as they are ruthless and I would just avoid this location all together. Bottom of the barrel rental location and agency.
