Staff was not helpful. My reservation had a scheduled drop off at noon. I Inquired about a late drop off and they said they don’t accept after hours drop off. The vehicle had to be returned by 6pm. I dropped off at 4pm only to be told that my booking was extended by a day and they couldn’t refund the extension that I never agreed to and the cost of which was never disclosed.

Bad welcome Bad service Not helpful at all Stick to the rules no idea of commun sense. Really a shame !!! Never had that in my long travelling life ….
