Edit: I was able to make a reservation at Uhaul down the road for the same price and the truck was guaranteed! Made and confirmed a reservation for this location and less than two hours before my pickup time they called to cancel saying they had no trucks available. Did not offer another sized truck, did not offer a date change, did not connect me with another location. Now I have to find another moving truck with less than 2 hours notice.
Customer service is the worst iv ever seen in my life, she told me to park somewhere were I would get towed overnight. Since I came in "to close to closing",. I obviously didn't park there and drove to a safe location a few minutes away, came back the next day to return it. She then proceeded with "I'm have to charge you 1 gallon of gas" (ended up costing 50$). DO NOT RESERVE A CAR HERE - YOU WILL END UP STRANDED. Just like everyone else in the comments section, I showed up and they didn't have my car. They had zero cars. The lady behind the desk said the system allowed 16 reservations to be accepted for pick up on the same day when they only had 2 cars available. Had to uber back to airport and pay twice as much. Trash customer service. Trash company. ZERO STARS.
Employee is RUDE!! Said that they had no cars left and our only option was hoping the people who had reservations after us didn’t show up!! How do you take money and let people reserve if a car is not even for sure!!! Ridiculous
