Employee is RUDE!! Said that they had no cars left and our only option was hoping the people who had reservations after us didn’t show up!! How do you take money and let people reserve if a car is not even for sure!!! Ridiculous
I was in and out in 10 minutes. Just make sure you have your credit card and ID ready and possibly your insurance liability proof. Very happy with my rental and the Hispanic girl working the front desk was very friendly, quick and efficient. I got a really nice car, better than I expected. The Subaru Limited Solterra EV is really nice. Considering to extend another week It would be nice if the car charged faster, but I suppose 30 minutes is okay to get to 70 percent. Made a reservation the morning of and arrived to be told there are no vehicles to rent. Wasn’t provided any solutions and told that it’s not fair to give us a car when we had reserved this morning, when others had reserved vehicles earlier this week. Bad attitude, no help, and rude. DO NOT GO HERE!!
I reserved an suv about more than a week ago. I arrive and was told that there are only EV vehicles. What is the point of reserving? Major inconvenience. Customer service did not even offer a solution. Trash. Save your time.
In November, I rented a car, and my experience was quite pleasant. I received a free upgrade to a nice car, and the staff didn't attempt to scam me or anything like that. This branch certainly doesn't deserve the low rating it received! However, I cannot give it a 5-star rating because I had to contact customer service to extend my rental and get the price, that's the only - point.
