Thank you Eric! Getting through line was efficient. Picked up vehicle. Issue with gas not being topped off and Eric was there right away to help. Waited 5 mins and was on my way. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Things happen and staff corrected. Best experience with a rental agency.
BEWARE the last time I rented here a few mos ago at Budget in GJT airport, I noticed an extra charge for my car rental after I had returned it. I suddenly saw a new hefty charge from them! After jumping thru hoops to reach someone, I finally got someone who couldn't care less that this happened and then told me it would be several DAYS before I even found out IF my request for refund was approved or DENIED! I made a reservation for a vehicle got all the way to the airport and budget did not have a car for me to rent. Very very frustrating!! Thank you for waisting my time. I much appreciated.
