I made a reservation for a vehicle got all the way to the airport and budget did not have a car for me to rent. Very very frustrating!! Thank you for waisting my time. I much appreciated.
Great car for the price
We were given a dirty Dodge Challenger that was never cleaned inside or out and it had prior front bumper damage that posed a safety risk to my family and I. It was really uncomfortable for my family and the gas milage was not great. I will never use budget again unless they make this right.
