Everything was fine with the car, we handed it back as we had gotten it. But they never remboursed us the deposit. They kept most of it for no obvious reason. I've seen it on my onlinebank account back in germany and never got an answer to several mails I sent them. Thus no recommendation for bugdet rental in West sahara Ave, LV.
No way to get a hold of the desk at the physical location by phone.
Accidentally took a budget moving an to this location and instead of kindly telling me they don't take it here, go here instead, I was threatened with being charged a large fee to leave it, and had to pull teeth for the attendant to give me an address to where I can take a moving to proper.
While some of Budget's policies are frustrating and other customer service agents haven't been particularly helpful, Claire has been lovely to interact with every time I've seen her at this location. She helped me change my drop off location when nobody else could and would always extend my rental efficiently. Turnaround times are quick, too. They had my car cleaned by the time I renewed my rental agreement.
