Faheem is awesome such good customer service and clean cars!
Hostile and toxic workplace that reflects poorly on the Budget brand. Managers (Francine Louis and Johnathan Linden) created a biased, unsafe environment, while HR (Lucy) and the GM ignored complaints. Employees were retaliated against and even terminated instead of being protected. Payroll information was leaked, and customer service was never a priority — only profit. Budget Corporate should be ashamed of allowing this to continue under their name.
