Manager helped turn a bad experience into an okay one.
Réservation faites 2 J avant et arrivé sur place le Monsieur de l’accueil nous dit qu’il n’y a plus de voiture. Le pire, il nous dit «débrouillez vous pour vous faire rembourser» Grosse arnaque, pas professionnel. Aucune solution proposée. Fuyez, allez ailleurs AVIS et BUDGET USA ne sont pas fiables.
I absolutely love the Ventura budget. The staff is always helpful and friendly. He always goes above and beyond to make sure the rental meets my needs and I don't get charged for anything I don't want/need.
I was shocked how amazing this rental car place was due to the fact it is so close to L.A. I don't run into many nice people inside business' here. The gentleman was helpful, polite, and easy to work with. Very simple transaction. Great car, easy drop off. Thumb👍👍👍👍
