I originally had a very negative experience due to unexpected charges that appeared on my rental agreement. However, after contacting customer support, the charges were refunded.
I told them I didn’t want to pay for insurance and they still added a loss waiver fee of 50/day. Then they just told me to quickly initial the agreement which was not easy to read so I missed it.
There was only one person working the counter. Which created a long wait time to get processed. In our case about 45 minutes. Getting though the lineup is just the first hurdle. Then you must wait outside until the car is brought to this site from another site. This was an additional 30-40 minutes. Although Budget offers unlimited millage at most locations this one does not.
