If I could give zero stars, I would. My husband and I rented a cargo van on May 7, and what should’ve been a simple experience quickly became infuriating. We returned the van after hours and noticed we'd been wrongly charged $48 for fuel—even though the tank wasn’t full when we picked it up (which was confirmed on the rental paperwork). Car we rented was outdated and dirty . luckily it did not had any mechanical issues during our lengthy road trip. They had limited cars (2) to choose from and car I got had scratches everywhere and no CarPlay/apple play or even a working USB port to charge phone. Like many of the other reviews have stated, they will take your reservation online but not have a truck available. I did receive a call the morning of my rental from Budget (no message). When I called the sales rep told me that they only have cargo vans available. I expected this from budget and this location. Luckily I have a back up rental with U-Haul and at least if they don’t have a truck you get a $50 guarantee unlike budget. If I didn’t have a back up, I’d be furious.
