Where do start…. First off I don’t ever complain and I’m actually pretty good about giving people the benefit of the doubt. I arrived on Saturday to pick up my car that was confirmed via text and email and I online checked in only to be told by a smiling representative who was also laughing that he called my phone at 7:30 in the morning and left a message that the reservation was canceled. The best car rentals in town
Made a reservation over the phone was given a rate of $280 and sent to the location. Arrived, employees were friendly and quick but stated they only had one vehicle for $417 and are about to close. I was stranded and had to take it. Vehicle was clean.
Refused to deliver the car, cause my driving license is not valid, a lie, could rent a car with the same license from Alamo, now am waiting for my money, Am a tourist from Germany, what a disappointing experience budget gave me in my vacation
