Terrible service. No cars, three hours late and still did not have cars. Curt customer service person. This likely is a Budget/Avis problem and not this particular location but regardless unacceptable, especially for a mid-week, no holiday reservation. I will not use Budget or Avis again.

So I went to pick up my vehicle after making a reservation I was supposed to pick up a Camry or similar and I was given a ford escape, the interior of the vehicle smelled like weed and wasn’t even cleaned, you could still see dirt dust and debris in the inside of the car on the carpets and seats. I was told by the employees that they didn’t smelled anything at all and didn’t take me seriously or even offered to change the vehicle. Completely ridiculous.yall need to do better

This place is the worst rental car agency I've ever had the displeasure of working with. I booked through expedia and they called me the day and exact time of my reservation to tell me that they did not have any cars available. This happened one other time a few years ago. Even though they cancelled, they still charged me $50.00. This is an illegal charge on my credit card and I will be seeking filing a fradulant charge dispute on these criminals.
