I paid for a GSO fuel plan (which clearly states on the site that you can return the car on empty) and was charged for fuel. Manny is also an unprofessional employee who makes petty comments, doesn’t know what a GSO fuel plan is and whether or not it is present on your invoice so that you won’t be charged for it. He stated that if I paid for the plan then I wouldn’t have been charged for it. TJ & Devon were very helpful the process was easy and the hospitality was excellent.
Devon and TJ gave me outstanding service. I always come to this location to rent my cars because the service here is always top notch. I highly recommend using them if you need a rental. Budget has yet to disappoint me when it comes to rentals.
Used 2 times here, both smooth experiences. Great service. We forgot a hat in the car, and they kept it nice for us. Thank you very much! Recommended.
