Was complaining to my husband about how we had to pay and that they could check our credit. Listen to all the negative reviews. Booked and paid online with debit. Wanted to call and confirm booking. No one answers the phone. Called "customer service" number was told price I paid was not the full amount because I paid with debit and instead I would need to pay an additional 120.00 plus 500.00 hold when online stated hold up to 300.00.
