Love this location! The staff was very helpful, and the check in, check out process was smooth and easy. They were also very accommodating with my family and needs and that is very appreciated! Thank you both!
What a bad customer service I call to verify why they are charging me extras charges on my rental and they did not help me at all they charge me 132.04 extras and the customer service literally hang up my call did not want to pass my call to a supervisor am not renting no more in this location. Bad customer service and charge you more for his rental bad company . DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!! never again!!

if i could give a zero i would. run far away from this place.. i had to rent a car because mine was totaled and i had to buy a new one. i needed a car in the meantime.. while the car was fine my money was not. i was told that if i had to return it early the rest of that money would be refunded. when it wasn't i called there refund line and was on hold for almost an hour before a very rude and you could tell fed up lady FINALLY answered the phone just to tell me it was non refundable and they wont do anything for me. i said s... read more
