About worst possible customer service they don't help people at all here. Never rent a truck from budget my tire blew out less than 40 miles from my pick up they left me stranded for 5+hours even though i paid for roadside and roadside assistance told me this is a typical problem for their trucks and the vendor even said they have horrible trucks never rent here. If you have any problems they tell you to call a 800 number that will give you the run around for days. And the people inside will tell you its your fault thier cus... read more

Should have known this was going to be a bad series of events when our first communication was Holly calling to tell me to not be late… they have scheduled pick up times and the last one was at 3:30, but don’t be late bc we close at 4. Second was Holly telling me that I needed to fill out an insurance form and if I couldn’t do it on line then I could fill it out there. No worries, right. Simple enough… so we thought.
