If I could give them zero stars I would. My experience with them has been horrible and completely unprofessional. They do not keep record of their transactions and should NOT be trusted. They are thief's who take advantage of their customers. I called and extended my rental reporting it to the office, but later on they claimed that I had no proof of this and stacked multiple expensive fees on my bill, OVER 700 DOLLARS. It's unfair, unprofessional, and simply morally wrong. Beware of them and their horrible service.
Support is very friendly and nice , also the young man gave me a free upgrade since they didn’t have my car size available, will definitely be coming back!
With a paid reservation in hand, I uber to pick up vehicle and was told they have no cars! Cost 34.00 and go no vehicle!!! 😡 missed my drs appointment!
We have booked here before and didn't have any problems, but it seems like their service has gone way down hill. They are supposed to be open at 730am, and we booked a car to pick up at 10am and drop off at 10am and both times NO ONE was there and the door was locked. We called and they told us they would be there in "10 minutes." We had to wait outside until someone showed up to give us the rent car and drop off the rent car. Ridiculous. We will be finding another rental car place in the future.
STAY AWAY! Booked a MiniVan for Spring Break for my family visiting from UK. Called 1 week ahead and explained the situation, no concerns raised and ensured me they had a car available. Called 1 day prior and told me they have a White Pacifica Hybrid waiting for me. Arrived on the day and they had rented the Minivan that I was supposed to get to someone else at a higher rate.
