Had the worst experience I’ve ever had with Budget at this location. Don’t use this spray or air freshener if you’re a POC. Abby will accuse you of smoking in the vehicle even if you’re not a smoker, just because I used a spray that in past instances, “people that smoked in the cars have used to cover that smell and that the smell was sooo strong that it could be smelled from the trunk.” Luckily had a Constable nearby that I had to interrupt his lunch to come smell the car and verify that it did not smell like it at all. Had a good experience today with abby! She was very helpful and the process was easy and quick. The vehicle was in great condition and very clean.

I had a very disappointing experience with this rental car provider. On the phone, they clearly told me I would be charged for two days. When I went to their office, they repeated the same thing face to face. However, after returning the car, I was billed for three days instead of two. When I called to question the extra charge, I was told it was “a system issue” and that they couldn’t do anything about it.
