Reserved a car for a week brought the car back how I got the car and still got overcharged $218 before I even got the car talking to the customer service at this site, He was trying to overcharge me. Would never use this company again worst experience ever and I rent cars all the time.
Had to rent a SUV for a couple of days, arrived to receive an almost brand-new and clean Tiguan. Both check-in and -out process was smooth. Good location in the middle of Madison as well.
They were really professional they provide me a good size car very much a new car I was very happy with them
Local staff is great. Corporate office is not. Had a car that had been smoked in (they charge a customer $450 as a penalty for smoking clean up, ours never got cleaned)...could not get us a replacement.....warning lights in the vehicle....constant flashing....Spent $1000+ - offered a $70 credit.
