Clean cars, friendly helpful staff!
The manager and employee were extremely disrespectful, belligerent, sexist, and racist during my interaction with them. I was accused of being a scammer, with one of them stating, “Someone like you does not have the funds to rent a high-end vehicle.” When I attempted to voice my concerns to the manager, he became even more hostile and responded with, “you people.” When I pulled out my phone to record his behavior, he immediately stopped engaging, which further suggests he was aware his conduct was inappropriate. DO NOT RENT HERE. I was notified 15m before my reservation that they had no cars available. The guy at the counter was impolite and rude, not offering me any options. Take your business somewhere else, do not rent a car from this location.
They informed me just 2 hours before the pickup time that they don’t have a car available.
