Booked and approved online. Showed up and they had no car available. They found a dirty car for me, but then said equifax denied me even though I prepaid. Issued a refund that takes 5-7 days so now I don’t have money to rent another car somewhere else and I’m stranded.
My experience at budget on Louie hannah is the best, excellent customer service by jimmy. This location I highly recommended for car rentals location is always clean. I would give 10 stars. Everybody here are the best.
