This was my first time renting from Budget, and it started off poorly. The first rep I dealt with was rude, unhelpful, and made me feel like a bother. No walk-around, no assistance. I left feeling frustrated and even reached out to customer service—but disappointingly, I didn’t receive any meaningful support there either. The car itself was great—clean and ran smoothly. We rented our first vehicle for 5 days, got a brand new 2024 Toyota Tacoma. Pickup was seamless and drop off as well! Very friendly, professional and sweet! We will only be renting from this location moving forward ❤️
