Do NOT rent from this place. I rented a car… paid online then the morning I was supposed to pick up car they called to tell me they were canceling my reservation because they were out of cars. Told me I could drive to a nearby town to another location to pick one up. How was I supposed to get there? That was my problem not theirs. Also wouldn’t be reimbursed my money I had already paid them for 5-7 days. AVOID this place at all costs…
The car rental staff were very efficient with their work, as for their car was also in great condition. Recommend renting card from this service again, great service! Would most definitely rate 5 stars, especially the staff member Casey; very humble and sweet.
Check In was super smooth. Casey was very personable with my older father. Love doing business with folks who make it easy to be a client.
I came here after having been to two other car rental companies the same day. Budget Car Rental did not have any cars available but I was in a very desperate situation. James at this location made it happen for me and somehow got a car for me within 30 minutes. I cannot thank him enough for his kindness and wonderful customer service. This displays Budget’s commitment to their customers. Thanks again.
