Had a great experience renting from budget. I dealt with Mr Yehia personally and he over delivered on my experience. I was grateful for the whole exchange and next time im in Austin I will 100% rent from here again

Renting with Budget in Austin was a fantastic experience and everything was smooth, fast, and easy from start to finish. The team at this location was incredibly personable and went above and beyond to make sure I had the right car and felt taken care of. Truly the most responsible and reliable rental option in town—I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
Horrible. I tried calling to ask a few questions regarding car rental and the person on the other end couldn’t be quiet long enough to hear the question even leave my mouth. You can’t help a customer properly if you’re trying to talk over them. Whether you know the question I’m about to ask or not, it’s completely unnecessary to speak over the customer. Then when the customer (me) says something about it, gets hung up on. I’m a business owner myself and this was absolute poor service. Will never go here nor recommend.
