I had to leave a review because the service I received was honestly above and beyond anything I’ve experienced in a long time. I accidentally left a couple of credit cards in between the seat and console of my rental, didn’t realize it until a week later, and was fully expecting them to be gone. I'm avis prefered, always use them, but keep distance from this store. The guy in the front desk was in a terrible bad mood, aggressive and had no willingness at all to help. I'm changing my reservation to other place just to be away from him.
Amazing service yehia really took care of us and went out of his way to give us the best deal. Will 100% be back and highly recommend :)
