The website says this location open at Sat 0700 to 1500, but yet my reservation at 1300 Sat is declined for "location closed". Fine, will never consider this company anymore.
I've probably had a dozen rentals over the years and I've never had a bad experience.
We reached during closing time and tried to book a car through our phone. Since we passed the store closing time, the final transaction did not go through. but Sales advisor Jose was kind enough to provide us a solution by booking it through the system. And ensured our transaction is complete. Great customer service!
Exactly one year ago, we rented a car for the day. There were some delays due to some unforseen issues. We called Budget to let them know and they were more than accommodating! The price was and service was great!
