I had a very frustrating experience at the Budget location and would strongly advise others not to rent from here. We made a reservation online the day before. The website listed the Damage Waiver at $30. When we arrived at the counter, the staff initially told us the deductible would be $300. ‼️However, when the contract was printed, the insurance price had increased to $40‼️ and the deductible had changed to $750,‼️ and this change was not clearly explained to us verbally. The website says this location open at Sat 0700 to 1500, but yet my reservation at 1300 Sat is declined for "location closed". Fine, will never consider this company anymore.
I've probably had a dozen rentals over the years and I've never had a bad experience.
