If I could give a negative, I would. I reserved a moving truck online. When I went there, I was told nothing was available and their system allows you to reserve even when they have no inventory. Annoyingly I then booked for the following weekend instead. Three days later I receive a message that again they have no inventory. I went to complain via their website and since they "cancelled" my reservation, it wouldn't let me complain because I have no reservation number. DO NOT USE.
