This is the best Budget location EVER. Friendly, personable, fast, helpful. I love them. Joy is my favorite employee but the other staff are just as amazing. Keep up the great work guys!

Joy, at this location ,is absolutely amazing. I was trying to switch out my car for a smaller one and he did not have any available cars. Instead of just telling me that , he called some other locations to see if they had any availability. I am so appreciative.
This weekend is a process for car rentals, I called so many rental company and they are all booked or no cars available, I happen to find this budget location as I was going to the gas station, I went inside and I asked if there’s any car available, the agent says they don’t have any but can help me find another location that has car available, he made some calls and able to booked me a car for the weekend, Joy made my day and also the place is very nice and clean, will definitely using this place for rentals.
I had a very disappointing experience with the Budget location in Hartford, CT. I made a reservation one full week in advance for an important business trip, only to receive a call the day of my pickup telling me that they were fully booked and had no cars available. This completely defeats the purpose of making a reservation. When someone plans ahead and relies on a rental company for transportation, especially for business travel, you expect that commitment to be honored.
