I had a great experience renting from Budget recently. The office is under new management and service was efficient and friendly. I got offered a free upgrade and the car was almost brand new. Highly recommend!

Got a last minute rental here on Sunday an hour before closing when my car battery died - I booked a mystery vehicle and ended up driving a Ford bronco which was so clean and drove beautifully

The staff were very helpful and friendly when the booking had an error. I booked my car through priceline, which surprise messed up and did not confirm that there would be a car to rent before renting me a car. When i got to the budget car place the staff was funny, nice, and did not mind that i got there right at opening for my car. Managed to get an upgrade out of the mistake and left with my rental.

Showed up to pickup vehicle to find out it was not there or available. Said all they had available was an EV but that was not going to work for me. Paid for a gas car. Did not receive a call before to let me know of the change. Beware before booking.
