The first time I went in I was told that even though I paid online they couldn't use my card online so they took my payment. so I went and got my an actual copy of my credit card. the next day made a reservation. wanted to pay online because they tried to keep my money for canceling after it was pickup time $250. they tried to keep and I fought that. luckily I was able to get that back which was not right away. it took a week and then I went in the next day to rent a car again and when I went in I was told that my car they r... read more

My wife and I picked up a car on Wednesday when we walked in. There was a rude customer, and the employee he handled it so well. he continue to smile and keep his cool. We also dealt with him dropping the car off. He was very busy but polite thank you for the great customer service.
Approach this place at your own risk! We were visiting Hartford and had a one way reservation back to our home state. When we arrived we were told there were no cars available except 1 pickup truck. We held a reservation for an economy car, but offered to take the truck just so we wouldn't be stranded in Connecticut. They refused to let us have it.
