Good customer service but Budget its the worse place to rent cars
I had a great experience renting from Budget recently. The office is under new management and service was efficient and friendly. I got offered a free upgrade and the car was almost brand new. Highly recommend!
Agent was kind and patient. Did everything he could to get me into rental with no issues.
Got a last minute rental here on Sunday an hour before closing when my car battery died - I booked a mystery vehicle and ended up driving a Ford bronco which was so clean and drove beautifully
