Approach this place at your own risk! We were visiting Hartford and had a one way reservation back to our home state. When we arrived we were told there were no cars available except 1 pickup truck. We held a reservation for an economy car, but offered to take the truck just so we wouldn't be stranded in Connecticut. They refused to let us have it. The lady there with the long braids is absolutely horrible. She always has an attitude. Going through the ratings, it’s clear to see that I’m not the only one with this viewpoint. She was even taking a personal call while I was standing at the counter. I wonder what kind of leverage she has over this company, that they still won’t release her despite the numerous complaints.

The worst customer service. I was in line waiting to make reservation for my car, super late for my meeting, they simply took someone in front of me when I was waiting almost 30 min. I end up leaving the rental car. So disrespectful.
