This is the worst car rental location. They don’t treat veterans well. I prepaid for a car a couple days prior to arrival. The manager told me “sorry there is nothing available and a lot of cars have not been cleaned yet. I would suggest not booking prepaid. You should go to a different vendor here in the airport.” He proceeded to give a walk up a car and said “well they had a flight so they don’t have to reserved ahead”. It was quick and easy, the ladies at the desk were kind and accommodating. Made the pick up simple, worry-free.

Pros: The lady at the front desk was kind and patient with the customers, given the fact that she was left to explain that they were out of cars multiple times (not her fault). Cons: Budget was out of cars despite me having a reservation. I waited for over 2 hours for a car to arrive. Overall: Disappointing experience and annoyed that the company has no form of compensation for customers' time that they wasted.

Reserved a car a few days ago and arrived at the airport today to pick up it up. Employee stated they didn't have any vehicles available and didn't have my phone number to call me to let me know. My number is clearly on my reservation. The agent lied instead of telling me they gave my reservation to someone else.
