Horrible experience. I booked a 7 seat SUV over a month before my trip. Price was $600. I show up early on Saturday to pick up my SUV and whoever was working showed up about 15 minutes late. No big deal. Once inside their computer system is down and they can't process my order. Then the worker tells me they don't have a 7 seat SUV available until noon even though I reserved it over a month before but they have a 5 seat SUV. Noor, was very nice, helpful, and professional. Everything went smoothly and he made sure any issues with the car were addressed prior. The interior of the car had some cosmetic issues but nothing major. Thank you.
