I don’t understand why so many negative reviews for this Budget Rental at East Ridge Mall — my experience was absolutely wonderful! Leo at the front desk was so helpful, he secured a monthly rate even lower than what was quoted on the reservation, and he gave a free upgrade to a Jeep SUV for no charge. This is an upgrade of several hundred dollars, with no charge. I would give no stars if I could. We had a rental time pick up for 8am. The doors did not get opened until 20 minutes later with may people waiting in line as well. which resulted in us leaving for our trip late and sitting out in the cold.
Scammers charged my account for missing mirror when they got my info on my car insurance.They know your reservation by your number and last name does not mean it is budget. They will ask for your new bank card say they will refund you. This place did not call my insurance to do a claim on missing mirror. Do not leave this place with a claim call your insurance. Returning car one week early should result in a refund, especially if you are going to re-rent the vehicle. That’s considered double dipping and is immoral. Bad reviews will be posted on every social media platform possible.
