Returning car one week early should result in a refund, especially if you are going to re-rent the vehicle. That’s considered double dipping and is immoral. Bad reviews will be posted on every social media platform possible.
I've just had a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE with Budget Van Rental at Eastridge Loop. I made an online reservation for a van to be used three days later. A few hours after making the reservation, my plans changed and I cancelled the Reservation through their website. I discovered later that my credit card was charged a $75 "No Show Fee" despite cancelling the reservation three days before the rental. I disputed the charge with my credit card.
