I don’t understand why so many negative reviews for this Budget Rental at East Ridge Mall — my experience was absolutely wonderful! Leo at the front desk was so helpful, he secured a monthly rate even lower than what was quoted on the reservation, and he gave a free upgrade to a Jeep SUV for no charge. This is an upgrade of several hundred dollars, with no charge. He was very patient and helpful to my elderly mother, for whom the reservation was made; she was very reluctant to rent a car —even though she absolutely needed on... read more
