Called the morning of reservation to tell me if I don't have a GA driver licence the I am required to have a major credit card instead of a debit card or they cant rent the car to me. Now my schedule is screwed and going to cost me more money and I am out of town
There should be a negative rating option. I rented a car through budget rental car websites for this location, they had good deals. I picked up my rental car went on my trip and returned the car no issues. I paid with my debit card since I only use my credit card for holds.The next day I noticed I forgot some personal small items in the rental car. I called and left two voicemail messages. I did most of the work online but the guys there were a huge help. They were able to fix my return so that it doesn't do an extra charge for airport drop offs
