Two hours before I was to pick up a car, they told they wouldn't have one till several hours later, too late me trip. I cancelled, they charged me anyway.
Staff was very helpful and friendly. Process was quick and received a nice, clean car. Prices are competitive to other rental places.
Does not accept all manner of cards that their corporate accepts. Do not bother to tell you until you are there checking in after waiting in line for 30 min, four weeks after making reservations when you can no longer get a good price anywhere.
