I booked my car online at Booking.com with my mom’s credit card because I had to make an emergency trip. I get there- the horrid woman at the desk asks for my license and a credit card. I use Chime. They don’t take chime. How am I supposed to know that??? I give her my mom’s card- because it doesn’t match my license they won’t give me a car. Takes 50 minutes just to get through the line to pick up my rental car at 930 at night. Unbelievable, just terrible service
I rented a car from Milwaukee Airport but my stay was in Madison. On day 2 of having the rental, there was a tire issue. I called Budget Road Side Assistance, and they worked with the Budget Rental at Dane County Airport. I called the Budget front desk at Dane County airport. The service over the phone was excellent, with a reminder to fill up the tank, and had a form prefilled in on their side for me to do the transfer of cars. Thank you Budget @ Dane County Airport!
