The morning shift attendant, who wore a cap, provided us with terrible service. Besides being extremely rude and impolite, he was dishonest, telling us there would be no extra charge, even though everything had already been paid for. However, I was charged over $80 as soon as I returned the car. In other words, I was ripped off. I do not recommend this company to anyone. I will take appropriate legal action. I still haven't received a response from the company and I haven't received the refund. I was robbed of $80.
Me: Hi I have reservation for a car at 10 am Desk agent: We won’t have a car for 2-3 hours Me: Then why did you confirm my reservation for 10 am? Desk agent: Shrug these things happen. We went across the street to Enterprise and they had a car on the spot for us with no reservation. We’ll NEVER take a chance on renting from Budget again. They’re not reliable and it’s rolling the dice when you have a big day planned on vacation.
They gave me a different car to what I asked for, the car didn't lock and the engine light came on during the trip. They also incorrectly wrote down my starting miles and fuel leading to me being charged $115 dollars. I have a picture of fuel and miles at pickup but unfortunately as the miles are different from the receipt they claim that it's not sufficient proof. Don't rent from them.

Ho noleggiato la macchina con rental car facendo assicurazione completa. La compagnia con cui prendevo la macchina era budget, nel momento del ritiro senza dirmi nulla mi hanno fatto firmare un contratto aggiungendo 380€ di assicurazioni e opzione pieno carburante!!!!
