this place was horrible. i couldn’t find the place first of all because its not at the address listed online. and then i get there and i see signs and no where to go so i go up a floor in the parking garage thinking its up there and it ended up being a random corner of the garage with no parking spots and no signs saying to park there. the guy was EXTREMELY rude. saying that i should have followed the signs and that he “had no idea why i thought i should go up in the garage”. i told him i had never rented a car before and he... read more
Autovermietung aus meinen Alpträumen. Unfreundlich, Auto schmutzig. Wir würden mit Lügen dazu gedrängt eine Gas Fuel Option zu unterschreiben. Falsche Haftpflichtsumme. Wir müssten einen Ölwechsel machen, Geld immer noch nicht retour obwohl wir vom Service angewiesen würden den Wechsel selbst durchzuführen. Man bekommt das Fahrzeug auf einem Behindertenparkplatz übergeben. Der Parkwächter macht Stress dass man schnell weg soll, obwohl man den Fahrzeugzustand sehr genau dokumentieren sollte.
Totally unhelpful if you have any kind of issue, and the worker in the garage had no clue what he was doing. They gave me a plug in hybrid that was at zero battery percentage, giving me a very small tank of gas to work with for my trip. Customer service wasn't helpful either. Also, having to wait hours for a car you already booked a reservation for is crazy.
Experience going in was fine, got checked in and got the car within 20 minutes or so. The kid bringing out cars didn’t really know what he was doing, tried to give another customer the wrong car. We rented this car to drive back to SoCal from SF and was given a hybrid (plug in) dodge hornet. Once my husband started driving he noticed our MPG was low and our miles left on the tank was dropping as well, then he noticed the battery percentage at 0%.
