I love Alamo and only used Budget because no cars available with Alamo/Enterprise. I mistakenly thought that Budget would have the same customer service when I pulled up to return the car. Nope, I was on my own, save for a “park the car there.” Alamo always asks how things were, tells me to take my time leaving the car, and they don’t ask you to park it. Car was also a bit grimy, and they charged me $100 for upcharge when they only had manual transmission available in what I reserved. Will avoid Budget in the future!
Don’t go here. High fees and bait-and-switch.

I have been trying for 5 days to get a hold of someone at the ICT airport or anyone in Wichita for that matter. It transfers to Atlanta or hangs up. Budget kept my 300 deposit again. This is a trend on the one way rentals. They say its a 50 dollar one way drop off charge to the ICT airport and then they charge you 60 plus some other unknown unexplained charges and kept deposit.
