Worst place I have ever been to. Go to Payless rental for better service and faster rentals
They care much while renting and it's quite opposite while returning. Worst While renting they told me I will have a 60 minutes grace period, But don't stay by it. I had been only on 29th minute of that period and they charged me for extra day. And now they simply say that they can't do anything since the contract is closed. And then gave me business card to contact other budget locations to find out someone to speak on this which is even more ridiculous. Guys , check with billing first as important.
