Car wash ready at the time promised. Clean and full of gas, ready to go Staff was prompt and friendly on both the check out and return. Reasonable price... I went with Mystery car option at time of reservation to get the best price. Vehicle we drove away in was a full size SUV with low miles. Budget has always been my first choice in rentals with few disappointments in what I was given to drive.
Disclaimer: I am a christian and disabled Veteran and firmly believe in treating everyone with respect and kindness (the old saying "you catch more flys with honey"). This was an absolute disaster, very unprofessional and disrespectful. I went into the physical location 4 days prior to rental date to start to go over everything and to make sure that a truck would be available. Worst experience in my life if you need to rent a car go anywhere else they add on charges ,even after you return the vehicle and they have you sign off on it.
