I'm not sure what some of these other reviews are talking about but we had a great experience with Budget! Brandon got me checked in and out the door in less than 5 min, it was nice and clean. Upon drop off we were also right in and out he was friendly and comical all together. Would definitely rent again.
This company does not even deserve a one star. Our cars were dirty. They weren’t even fully gassed. They gave my father an electric vehicle and did not tell him my mother and brother-in- law Spent four hours Of our vacation on the phone, trying to tell get them to tell us where an electric charger was. And did not give us a full refund seeing as we had requested a gas card and they had charged us for the gas. now they’ve charged my brother-in-law extra even though he paid for a gas refill.
