If I could put 0 stars it would be appropriate. I admit I walked in 5 minutes before closing but just to ask a question. As soon as I opened the door the guy at the counter asked can I help you. I said I have a couple of questions very rudely he said we close in 5 minutes I said ok just had a question but never mind. I wasn't trying to rent a car at that moment just had a question about renting one. But you can bet I'll never go there again. This was 660 Spartan Blvd in Spartanburg SC location.
Stay away! The guy at the counter at pick was so rude. The car smelled horrendous and was very beat up. The key fob was broken as well. The only upside was that the guy at the counter at drop off was friendly and helpful. I will not go back.
