I reserved a car with them day before , my car was in service. . When I got there to pick up the car, they said we're overbooked. NO CAR AVAILABLE, SORRY . He Didnt try to even look for other branches. First and last time to book a car with you !
I don’t know what happened here. Tony- I thought - was a nice guy. Kind of robotic but I rented from here before and he was fine. Now, yesterday I made a 5 day reservation. I go through the process with him, and I ask him if I can have a paper copy of the receipt/contract. He will not give me one. I asked how I’m supposed to confirm the daily rate? He said it will be sent to my email. I waited for 15-20 mins, nothing was sent to my email. I could see printed out contracts on the desk, so I don’t know why he wouldn’t print me... read more
