Suzanne is the best here! After the LAX location tried to scam us by adding a bunch of extra charges we did not consent to, she helped us take care of it and we were able to return our car smoothly and calmly. Suzanne definitely cares about her job and helping others
Easy return process, pick up car at LAX was a big waiting problem, car pick up process line was long and car pick up agent was terrible.
Completely waste of my time. Avoid this location! It closes randomly during the opening hours for more than 30 minutes without any notice. There were no staff at this location both when I arrived at the scheduled pickup time and return time. Have to wait and waste more than 30 minutes.
