¡Excelente servicio en general! Cuando llegué al mostrador, nunca me presionaron de contratar muchos seguros, no me cobraron más de lo que yo habia prepagado, y me dieron mi auto muy rápido. Al regresar, solo entregué las llaves y eso fue todo. Excelente experiencia en general. Cabe resaltar que seguí las recomendaciones de algunos aquí, y reservé y prepagué 1 semana antes, para garantizar el auto.
ALERTA!! FRAUDE!! NO REGRESAN DEPOSITO!! El 16 de Julio de 2025 regrese la unidad sin ningún inconveniente y hasta hoy (29-Jul-25) aún no me regresan el dinero del depósito! Número de confirmación: 27301650MX5
I rented a car, and it was clean. The check-in process was fast; recommended.
ABSOLUTE TRASH! They will “forget” to take photos when you check out and then proceed to charge you for existing damages. Also the quoted price you get will actually end up being 3x (no joke).
