Worse place to rent a car!!! Michelle the manager is very unprofessional waited 2.5 hrs for a car to tell me my ID isnt good enough. Gave an email proof of employment and confirmation on email and just for her to sit and laugh and shake her head. Worst experience in my life!!!
Terrible experience, the girl at the counter had zero service attitude, she just said sorry I can’t do anything for you. I had a prepaid reservation and they didn’t respect it because my driver’s license was digital. I tried to add an additional driver and they were just unwilling to help me. I had to cancel my reservation and made a new one paying double rate (did not have options at 7pm), the worst part is that since they didn’t want to do it under my name I can not get support to recover the extra price paid. I reserved a car but at the counter they asked me to pay more because they didn’t have that car. It was not my fault but there was no way. I had to pay more than agreed on the reservation.
They never closed it out. I returned the rental and they never closed it out. Had to call Budget to get this resolved. Now have to wait a few days.
