Avoid this location at all costs. You will spend well over 1 hour trying to get the car you rented several days ahead. Without telling us at all in advance, at time of pick up they suddenly needed many more documents and would not give us the car. We had to call someone to bring us what we needed. I checked all emails and communications from this location and we were not provided instructions that they required to release the car. On Aat Aug 24 I had gotten lost looking for an Enterprise car rental agency and when I asked for clarification about where it was, the young man was surprisingly and unfortunately offensive and downright rude. They have lost me as a potential customer and I’ve told everybody I know about the experience.
