They just created a ridiculous rule that forbids the use of a credit card that also works as a debit card. I have used this same credit card for rental at this same Budget agency and many other car rental agencies in Canada and elsewhere. If I had not have another credit card that only works as credit, it would have ruined my trip. I'll never rent on this agency again.
