Good afternoon. I received poor service from the young woman who assisted me at the Rapid City airport; she was angry and completely unwilling to find a solution for me. I used to think this was a good company, but now I see how bad things are! She didn't help me at all, so I went with another rental company.
Thank you Budget. Our flight was late, The young man working stayed late to ensure we had a car. I truly appreciate this.
With all of the bad reviews I’m not shocked I had a bad experience. Lost an item in a car which they said they couldn’t find which is fine but manager Chris was extremely rude and the customer service was 0/10. We use rental cars every single week and will not be using budget again. UPDATE don’t email them they won’t fix it and do not care about your issue. Shocked that this is how a company treats people. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

Budge did not follow their own rental policy. I booked a standard suv for a business trip where I would be hauling large camera equipment. When at the desk they said they could not give me the vehicle since I am under 25. After leaving the airport I checked their policy, this is not true. They just can’t give me a full sized suv which I did NOT book. I then noted that I may return the vehicle early to catch a flight the night before. They said this could incur an additional charge.
