First a piece of advice for customers - DO NOT ACCEPT BUEGET'S ONLINE PRE-PAY OPTION. If you do, they won't tell you that they don't have a car for you at the site you selected when you're ordering it and paying (why their software cannot identify if they have any inventory there when you're ordering is beyond me) and after you have paid you'll show up to be told that they don't have a car. Steve went above and beyond with us! We were in desperate need of a rental on a Saturday at closing time after being screwed over by the rental place next door and Steve got us what we needed with so hesitation. He was friendly, professional, and quick. Got us a good price and the car was excellent as well! We will be back!! Thanks again Steve!

Tina was very wonderful to work with. Due to the weather and holiday travel, there was a shortage of vehicles, but Tina was able to find me the car I wanted at another location and brought it to hers. I know I wasn't the only one in this situation, and things were probably very chaotic, but she handled it with excellent communication and professionalism. Budget will be my first choice in the future.
