Rude and argumentative don't waste your money
Runs a terrible business dont waste your time.
First a piece of advice for customers - DO NOT ACCEPT BUEGET'S ONLINE PRE-PAY OPTION. If you do, they won't tell you that they don't have a car for you at the site you selected when you're ordering it and paying (why their software cannot identify if they have any inventory there when you're ordering is beyond me) and after you have paid you'll show up to be told that they don't have a car. At which point you will either be up-charged for a more expensive vehicle or you can cancel your reservation and incur a large cancellat... read more
