I had a horrible experience here. The location is filthy. I booked and prepaid my rental a week ahead and when I arrived to pick up they were out of vehicles. They didn’t even call to tell me they had nothing available and they wouldn’t cancel and refund my reservation on-site, they said I had to call the 800 number. I had to cancel my weekend trip. What a frustrating experience. Back to Enterprise.

In July, I had to rent a car to go to a funeral for my best friend. I only flew into Grand Rapids because the car rental prices out of traverse city were really expensive, even though it would’ve been closer to my destination. I made a reservation on their website for apx $350. Upon landing, I went to budget and tried to get my reservation and they let me know they were out of vehicles and I would have to pay $400 more than my original reservation otherwise I would be left without a car, and wouldn’t make it to my best frien... read more

Worse customer service I’ve never had an experience like this with customer service on rentals she told me she was not able to get me a car because she didn’t have enough and because it was in discount and I told her I don’t care if it doesn’t have discount I need a car she was just repeating the same thing over and over I got upset and told her to cancel she said ok because economics are not available I said it again lady I don’t care about the price I need a car so I went to ENTERPRISE and beautiful service professional an... read more

This was my first time renting a car ever and this location and the staff made it very easy and enjoyable, right down to explaining the coverages and what i needed to do. The staff was also super personable and friendly which is always a huge plus for me. DEFINITELY using this location again for my next family vacation!
