Manager said my car was fine in the spot when I pointed to it. She knew my rental was for 2 days. Promptly had the car towed resulting in hours of dealing with a sketchy impound dude who's business isn't publicly listed, uses borrowed lot space, and doesn't even have his voicemail set up $350 in fines. Clerk points to a dirty little sign on the counter that says no overnight parking but the sign on the lot says no unauthorized parking. Customers are generally authorized to park. Manager is incompetent and incapable.
Okay! So judging from these past reviews now I’m seeing a pattern so last week my mother called AAA to set up a reservation for a rental last week Tuesday, I’m currently looking for a new vehicle and I needed some transportation to see a suv I wanted to test drive. When it came time to pick up the car you guessed it! the insufferable lady told my mother in the most condescending way “NOPE WE CAN’T HELP YOU!”. Bad experience, i made my reservation two months in advance, but when I arrived, I was told there were no cars available, had to look for another agency at the last minute
Actually did a fantastic job. The owner stepped in and took care of me immediately because working for entertainers that’s what I’m used to. She really pushed this through. Got it going on and on the road TopGun.
I got to the location an hour late. I'd tried to change my pickup time, but the system was locked — not enough cars available. When I arrived, someone from the airport (corporate) was about to take my vehicle back, since the airport needed it. I knew my tardiness might cause a problem. But the staff member behind the desk was kind, curious, and respectful — she called to stop the transfer.
