Had the worst experience ever! Very disappointed and unprofessional! You reserve and still don’t get what you asked for! Employee was slamming the keyboard on the counter broke the keyboard! Had me waste my whole day had to go to a funeral out of town!! Went elsewhere!! Never again!!
I reserved a car for the morning and they called 15 minutes before the scheduled time to say that there wasn't a car for me and I'd have to wait a couple hours for one. 4.5 hours later and they still didn't have one for me. They didn't even call me to keep me up on the progress. They cost me two hundred dollars for reservations that I had for hotel, etc. They said, I wouldn't get my money returned to my credit card for a week or more, that meant that I couldn't use that money toward a rental somewhere else. We made arrangements in advance with this store and went through 7 hours of delays in the airport. We called the number on our booking and were told that they would reserve our booking for 24 hours. We arrived the next day as we got into town at 2 am and they told us that they gave up our booking. They only offered us a truck for twice the price of what we agreed to.
