We dropped our car off after hours since they have limited hours. Got a call a week later saying we didn’t return it. We told them we did. They went and found the car. Said we left the key in the car (we didn’t). Asked they to look at cameras to prove we returned it on time. They said they probably didn’t have cameras (at an airport???). It was weird. At a really small airport. They only had one employee. Had to wait 45 minutes for service (I was the only customer). Had to walk all the way to the opposite end of the parking lot to pick up and drop off the car (I am handicapped and have prosthetics on both legs). The car was not that clean and had paint from highway painting all over one side. The car was comfortable and served our purpose.

I rented a car in Indiana, the lady at the Airport was very nice ( overworked) but very friendly. Trying to return my car in Colorado... OMG. Is a very small Airport ,I understand but there where no signs to help me park the car at the right place or where to go to return the car I went inside and found their desk, no one behind the desk to help me, I called the number and the person on the phone was trying to tell me to come back a different day to return it because is closed, I said NO is only 3pm in Colorado and I was sup... read more

Billed my wife $150 cleaning fee for a car rental that she only used to deliver wedding centerpieces. The car was filthy on the outside when she picked it up. She is pursuing legal action for deceitful business practices.

After a nightmare experience an hour before at Enterprise in Longmont, I found myself rushing to Budget Car Rental in Loveland, cutting it close to their closing time. I half-expected to be turned away or met with frustration, but wow, was I wrong! The team here turned my day around completely. Even though I had arrived minutes after closing, the staff didn’t make a big deal about it. The guy at the front desk was polite, professional, and all-around fantastic.
