The car I picked up had grease smears all over the sides, and I was denied the upgrade that I was promised as a business rental as well. As an added bonus, the location charged me a $150 cleaning fee for dog hair and dirt which they claim they have pictures of, but is non-existent. There was never a dog in the car - this was used as a business rental to deliver bouquets to a wedding. They also claimed there was dirt in the car. Billed my wife $150 cleaning fee for a car rental that she only used to deliver wedding centerpieces. The car was filthy on the outside when she picked it up. She is pursuing legal action for deceitful business practices.

0 stars for giving me a car with expired registration. Expired for 3 months. Also unwashed and smelled like cigarette smoke.

This location tried to charge me a $356 cleaning fee after I returned the car. Had to call customer service to have that refunded. This makes twice Budget has tried to do this to me... Make sure to take your rental car to a car wash before returning here or they charge you out the wazoo!!
