I cannot give this rental even a 2/5. I used Lyft to give me a ride down here thinking I’d have a car rented for a week. They have ZERO CARS!!! Now I have a bill coming up and no more money for a rental!! Good thing I didn’t get stranded!!!!!
The car I picked up had grease smears all over the sides, and I was denied the upgrade that I was promised as a business rental as well. As an added bonus, the location charged me a $150 cleaning fee for dog hair and dirt which they claim they have pictures of, but is non-existent. There was never a dog in the car - this was used as a business rental to deliver bouquets to a wedding. They also claimed there was dirt in the car. Billed my wife $150 cleaning fee for a car rental that she only used to deliver wedding centerpieces. The car was filthy on the outside when she picked it up. She is pursuing legal action for deceitful business practices.
0 stars for giving me a car with expired registration. Expired for 3 months. Also unwashed and smelled like cigarette smoke.
